my ella-phant and another LO

Hmm, I initially thought scrapbooking would be easier after I got my first out of the way, but this layout took me a span of 3 days. I finished most of it in one sitting but I had to walk away, come back, walk away, and come back again to put the finishing touches on. I don't know if I am 100% happy with it still... it's hard to scrapbook when you only have cardmaking supplies. So, that's what all those other stuff they sell is for! You know, the journaling blocks, all the cute labels, die-cuts, embellies, chipboard, etc.

Great, I just felt my virtual wallet cringe.

And I leave you with a pic of my Ella, 4 days shy of the 3 month mark!

I am an avid learner, so amidst learning the ropes of scrapbooking, I still enjoy photography and I dabble in a bit of Photoshop. Here, I experimented creating vignettes for this shot. Really draws your attention to her fat, happy face, right?
