You may've noticed that I've plunged into challenges. As long as no one is really judging, I'm enjoying them! Instead of sitting there fiddling my thumbs for a bit deciding what I want to do, challenges gives me a starting point and gets the creative juices flowing a lot faster.
Here is the source of inspiration for my card
And my interpretation
Stamps: su! make it count, su! by definition, pti polka dot basics
Paper: su! not quite navy, kraft, pti dark chocolate
Ink: su! chocolate chip, ctmh bamboo, chocolate, stewart new canvas, ranger frayed burlap, broken china
Accessories: paper crimpler, janome sew mini, su! scallop circle punch, ek success 2" scallop circle punch, 1.5" scallop circle punch
This one is a color challenge. The colors specified are red, black, and kraft.
The branches were all punched out with Martha Stewart's branch punch. I could do so much with this punch! Too bad it is really difficult to use, it takes a lot of muscle to get it to cut through the paper. But isn't it pretty?
Stamps: su! baroque motifs, art warehouse interactive holiday
Paper: su! real red, black, kraft
Ink: ranger frayed burlap, ctmh holiday red, versamark
Accessories: martha stewart branch punch, ek success 1 1/4" circle punch, paper piercer, sakura glitter pen, red rhinestones
oh my gosh, these are great! that top one really is my fave! those colors are phenom while your layout just rocks! man, oh man, you really shine! :)
