Catching up

Sorry! I know I am a little behind on my blogging, which for this will mean a little more eye candy and a little less jibberish from me. I have a few things to share with you...

First up, I combined the HA challenge and the Caardvarks challenge into one. I just finished these in the last hour with Audrey hovering over me and trying to undo the buttons. It is extremely annoying and difficult to craft with a nosy toddler around.

Birdhouse cut with QK Silhouette

Mr. Owl's home is a leap for me personally. I am getting more comfortable with my Silhouette. I also got a few more colors of Copics in last week, so his green sweater was colored in with those. It really does help when you have more colors! It was difficult for me to stray away from my prismas, but I had to put my supplies to use! And, lastly, I've been wanting to do something like that with the buttons! Love it!

Next is this scallop heart shaped card I made yesterday. I used the Sultry paper from Basic Grey. It is so very pretty and I feel like half the work (stamping) is already done for me.

Here's a close up of the details...

And finally, it was time to take back our fridge and make it somewhat adult friendly once again. Before, my fridge was covered with the Leapfrog alphabet and barn animal magnets. Now, the top half is adorned with these babies... stamped fabric covered magnets!

I will post a tutorial for these soon. :)

They are so pretty and elegant. I admit, I do a second take everytime I walk past the fridge now. :P
